Provided that the conditions set out in our refund policy are met, the money will be refunded based on the original form of payment. You can return goods purchased online by sending them to us by post. You will be provided with the return address by customer service. Please note that delivery costs will not be included in the refund unless the goods are returned in accordance with your legal rights (e.g. defective or do not correspond to the order). Goods with the original receipt must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The goods must be in the original condition in which they were purchased, with tags/tickets attached.
